check on all employees at any level. This is done to
ensure that the company hires people without any criminal
record and people who have proof of their performance
and dependability.

Final Interview
A final decision is made about the candidate. Those
who pass all levels of screening and interviews are
asked to join New Hire Training, those who fell short
are encouraged to reapply after 6 months and submit
proof of a measure they took to enhance the skill they
were lacking in this round of recruitment.
