·         CV Screening
Resumes are screened for relative work experience and for academic qualifications keeping in mind that potential representatives may be handling back office migration work as well as attending to inbound and outbound calls.

·         Telephone Interviews
Telephone interviews are a very valuable tool when it comes to evaluating a candidates language proficiency. While conducting telephone interviews, we are on the look out for a candidates familiarity with the English language, the fluency with which English is spoken, grammar and vocabulary usage, and comprehension.

 

·         Panel Review
Keeping the first two screenings in mind, a panel of HR experts evaluates each case and schedules interview tests which enable us to assess candidates with a quantitatively.

·         References / Checks
Irina Interactive makes reference and police report check on all employees at any level. This is done to ensure that the company hires people without any criminal record and people who have proof of their performance and dependability.

·         Final Interview
A final decision is made about the candidate. Those who pass all levels of screening and interviews are asked to join New Hire Training, those who fell short are encouraged to reapply after 6 months and submit proof of a measure they took to enhance the skill they were lacking in this round of recruitment.
